Shipping Policy
The vending machines all weigh between 500 to 900 lbs. and are shipped on a pallet. All shipments are dock to dock, assuming you have a dock on the receiving end. If you do not have a dock, then extra fees are involved for a liftgate truck. A liftgate truck is what is used to lower the machines to ground level from the semi-truck. Once at ground level, the machines can be moved with a pallet jack. It is the responsibility of the client to have the machine brought into the building. The shipping charges are for getting the machine from the factory to just outside of your facility only.
Residential Deliveries: Due to weight limitations for streets in residential areas, there is an increase in charges since a smaller truck has to be used. This requires the machine to be transported from one truck to another truck.
We cannot ship to PO boxes or military addresses.
If shipping to Canada, Hawaii, or Alaska, you will need to contact us for specific shipping rates.
Inspection: You must inspect the equipment for freight damage immediately upon receiving it, before the truck driver departs. If there is damage, you must refuse the equipment and mark down on the “bill of lading” as damaged. Do not dispose of any of the packaging materials until you have inspected the equipment for damage and are fully satisfied with your product. If there is minor damage, parts can be sent to you. Dents in the back of the machine can happen and do not effect warranty or visual aspects of the machines as they are placed against a wall.
Freight Damage: DO NOT SIGN FOR THE EQUIPMENT UNTIL THE MACHINE HAS BEEN INSPECTED FOR DAMAGE! In the unfortunate occasion when the equipment is damaged in shipping, AND you signed for it WITHOUT marking it on the bill of lading, the freight company considers you the owner of the product. Therefore, freight damage claims can not be placed on the machine.
Return Policy: All sales are final, no returns. If the equipment is damaged and you did not refuse the shipment, the freight company considers you the owner of the product and will not allow us to put in a freight damage claim. If there is minor damage, parts can be sent to you. All sales are final, no returns.
