The customer experience
A customer walks up to the SRK, taps their credit card or mobile wallet on the payment terminal, and the door unlocks. They open the door, browse the products on the shelves — beverages, snacks, fresh items, whatever you’ve stocked — pick what they want, and close the door. That’s it. The AI cameras inside the unit identified every product that left the shelf, calculated the total, and present a real-time shopping cart on the display before the transaction is finalized. The customer is done before they would have finished pressing buttons on a traditional machine.
If they change their mind and put an item back before closing the door, the shopping cart updates automatically to reflect only what they’re keeping.
